Joe is certified in Fire and Life Safety Inspections, reinforcing his safety first approach to every inspection. He is trained and certified by the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA) for commercial properties and holds home inspector licenses in both Wisconsin and Illinois.
